Congo will benefit from the integration especially in the expansion of the territory of trade and reduced tariffs for goods received at the ports of Mombasa and Dar es salaam.
The lawmakers in Congo still have to ratify the EAC laws and regulations before they come into play – Congolese nationals still need a visa to visit the other East African Countries since full integration will take some more months.
