Vision Bearer/Executive Director – Ps. Fred Wantante

Dr. Wantante is currently an overseer of several churches in Uganda. He is married to Sabrina, and they have three adult children and four grandchildren. He regularly travels locally and internationally to speak in conferences and churches. He has been a trustee and a board member for several international organizations in Uganda, such as the International Bible Society (Uganda) and A Rocha International (Uganda).

His teaching experience includes serving as a part-time instructor in the East Africa School of Theology in Kenya and the Glad Tidings Bible College in Uganda. His passion is to bring transformation in developing countries in Africa by engaging in activities that promote integrity and people-focused leadership, employment opportunities, and Christian values in society. He has received local and international recognition, such as the Regent University School of Business and Leadership Class of 2020 outstanding Ph.D. Dissertation award and the Jericho Humanitarian Award for exceptional service to community 2021. His research interest includes the sense of calling in leadership, the dark side of leadership, and power in leadership. He holds a BSC in Psychology, Makerere University Kampala, a BA in Theology, East Africa School of Theology Nairobi, an MA in Organizational Leadership and Management, Uganda Christian University Mukono, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, Regent University, Virginia USA
