Executive Summary

Gugudde Television (GTV) is a Ugandan Christian television Station owned by Makerere Christian Foundation (MCF) Limited. Gugudde TV has been in existence since 2017 as a limited liability company, located on Makerere Hill Road.

Gugudde Television’s business goals are to spread the Word of God and deliver a service known for excellence in programming. Our workers are selected from a pool of talented and highly creative broadcasters and media experts in and around Uganda. Emphasis is placed on making sure that we take all the members of our workforce through the required training that will position them to meet the expectations of the company and to compete in the television sphere in Uganda and worldwide. At Gugudde Television Station, our clients’ and viewers’ best interest always come first, yet everything we do is guided by our values and professional ethics. GTV is governed by a board of five directors.

Company Summary

Established in 2013, Makerere Christian Foundation is a Company Limited by guarantee under the management of a board of five directors. Gugudde TV (formerly known as Shiloh TV) has been in existence since 2017 as a limited liability company but started operations in May 2017. It was purchased by MCF with the assistance of members of Makerere Full Gospel Church in 2017. The company is run by a highly experienced management team. The company operates under the jurisdiction of Uganda and has shown and continues to show steady growth.

Gugudde Television is located on Plot 49-55, Makerere Hill Road. We feel it is essential to our initial and ongoing success that we maintain our location in the heartbeat of the customer. We also strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance and community, as well as a safe environment where customers and staff are safe enough to conduct business.

Our Product and services

Gugudde Television was established with the aim of maximizing profits in the TV industry. GTV wants to compete favorably with leading television stations in the Uganda and of course throughout the globe which is why they have but in place a competent team that will ensure that they meet and even surpass our customers’ expectations.
This team will work hard to ensure that Gugudde TV Station does not just air events in the Uganda, but also in other parts of the world. Our products and services are listed below;

3. Transmitting programming to affiliated broadcast stations

6. Offering Internship placements from higher institutions of Learning in Uganda
